Do you protect the driveway?
Yes, we have a unique method to protect your driveway; in fact the bin will never touch your driveway!
How much advance notice must I give for deliveries and pick-ups?
We are by far the fastest in the business. We frequently do same day service; however, planning makes perfect. The more advanced notice you give us, the greater the efficiency of our service to you.
What can't go in the bin?
Items such as gasoline, varsol, oil, propane tanks (pressurized aerosols or gases), partially full cans of paint, car tires and batteries, asbestos, air conditioners, fridges, freezers, de-humidifiers, stoves, washers, dryers, and dishwashers cannot be placed in the bins. If you plan on disposing of concrete, asphalt, dirt or brick please discuss with us in advance as we may have a more cost effective means of disposal.
What size of bin should I rent?
The following "rule of thumb" has been tried, tested, and found almost always to be true. Picture a single car garage; if less than ¼ full a 9 yard, ¼ to ½ a 12 yard, ½ to ¾ a 14 yard, ¾ + a 20 yard.
Where can I find pricing information?
We prefer to consult with our customers to ensure the right bin for the job is quoted and to determine the location of delivery. Bin size, type of material, and location of delivery all factor into pricing.
What areas do you service?
Can the bin be placed on the road?
The bin can be placed on the road. However, you must first contact your municipality to acquire a permit.
Do I require a deposit in order to rent a bin?
Yes, cash or credit card payments are accepted. If cash, the deposit will be quoted upon booking and receipt of deposit on bin delivery. If credit card, the card is authorized on the day of the pick-up, in an amount equivalent to a cash deposit.
What is the billing process?
We do real-time invoicing. As such, if its a cash deposit and we owe you, the cheque and your receipt is in the mail the day of the pick-up. If credit card, your receipt is in the mail the day of the pick-up. Our receipts provide you with a complete breakdown of all charges and there will be "NO" surprises.
